Bypass grafting 

also known as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) when performed on the heart — is a surgical procedure used to restore normal blood flow to areas of the body where arteries have become narrowed or blocked. It involves creating a new pathway (“bypass”) for blood to flow using a graft, which can be taken from another blood vessel in the patient’s body.

Amputation

is the surgical removal of a limb or part of a limb—such as an arm, leg, hand, foot, finger, or toe—usually performed to save a person’s life or prevent the spread of severe disease or infection. It can be planned (surgical) or traumatic (accidental).

Peripheral Artery Aneurysm Surgery is a vascular surgical procedure performed to repair or remove an aneurysm(an abnormal dilation or bulging) in an artery outside the aorta — most commonly in the popliteal artery (behind the knee), but also in femoral, carotid, or iliac arteries.

Its main goal is to prevent rupture or thrombosis, both of which can cause limb ischemia or life-threatening bleeding.
